6 Months and Counting
No, I am not talking about how long it has been since my last post, although it probably has been six months or so. I am talking about the fact that I still have to wait 6 months for the greatest show in television history, Lost, to come back for its sixth and final season.
Comic-Con 2009 has come and gone, and while I am not a comic book geek, I swear, I have been anxiously awaiting Comic-Con. Every year Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse, the brain childs behind Lost, have made an appearence at Comic-Con, and given the fans something special. Since I only started watching Lost last year, I don’t know everything that happened in previous Comic-Cons, but last year brought us a tremendous video featuring Pierre Chang and a mysterious video from the Dharma days. This year team Darlton, as they have come to be known, were at it again giving us glimpses into what we can expect from season 6 of Lost. If you happened to miss any of the Comic-Con happenings, you can check out all the video footage from it here. And if you were at Comic-Con, or have a better computer than I do, I would love to know who is in this poster for the final season. I couldn’t find an image with a better close up, so this one will have to do.
In other news, 5 days until Vegas and my free room at the Luxor, celebrating Axelman’s 30th bday. I have been to Vegas sooooo many times the past ten years that it is hard to get all that excited, but I wouldn’t miss my boys bday, even if it means going to the one place I swore I wasn’t going back to anytime soon.
Around the Horn and PTI are back this week after a one week break so it is shaping up to be a good week. Catch you on the flip side. Bhead out.
